30 Days of Affirmations

positive affirmation

How can affirmations change my life?

One of the habits that have helped me grow and totally worked every time for me are positive affirmations.

From experience, when you know the essence of affirmations and how to use them, then they will become a great asset and tool for improving your life and helping you achieve success

The quality of our thoughts determines the quality of our lives, therefore it’s imperative that we control what we think! Whatever we intently focus on becomes our reality.

REWIRE YOUR BRAIN: THE SCIENCE BEHIND AFFIRMATIONS

Neurons connect in your brain by attaching to thoughts and memories. Thoughts then become organized into a “pattern” or “neuro-net”.

Affirmations interrupt your maladaptive neuro-nets. And the more you use affirmations, the more those nerve cells that are connected to each other (i.e., firing together), start breaking the long-term relationship with your negative thoughts, literally re-wiring to your new, affirming beliefs. Science calls this neuroplasticity.

A recent study shows that optimistic people have healthier hearts, and affirmations help you to stay positive.

A new study published in the journal Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin found that people in low positions of power may perform better by using self-affirmations to calm their nerves.

What We Have Learned

#1 » That the brain we’re born with can be changed. Technically speaking, they call that neuroplasticity. (You can teach an old brain new tricks.)

#2 » We can change it by adopting new thought patterns, by training our brain as if it were a muscle, to overcome negative thoughts.

#3 » All of us are hard-wired for negativity (blame evolution!) but can profoundly benefit from learning new ways to react and deal with everyday stresses.

#4 » It doesn’t take a lot of effort to make a real difference in your life. A few simple and even entertaining mental diversions will change things.

The Benefits of Using This Program

❍ You become aware of your daily thoughts and words, reducing the risk of letting negativity seep in.

❍ You notice more synchronicities in your life, which serves to encourage and motivate you to keep up the practice.

❍ Daily affirmations not only help keep you surrounded by the things you want in your life but they help bring about more blessings and gifts.

❍ A daily practice helps to keep the small things in perspective. In this high-speed world, you can easily lose sight of how large the small things really are. When healthy you may forget to think of how much you appreciate it. A simple morning affirmation sentence of “I am healthy” can go a long way.

❍ As you continue this practice, others take note and you begin to help those around you without even trying. This, in turn, helps keep you focused.

❍ Daily affirmations keep you in a constant state of gratitude.

Confidence is one of the core principles of happiness. And fear is one of the primary obstacles to confidence. Confidence is proven to reduce stress and anxiety, and also improve one’s ability to think clearly and make everyday decisions. This program is designed to teach the principles which make up self-esteem and confidence so that you can begin improving your outlook on life while reaching a higher level of self-satisfaction.
