Our DNA are not just left on objects we come in contact with but they are also imprinted in others through our words and actions.
My job requires welcoming customers into the company, walking them through our products and most importantly making them comfortable, happy and interested. I discovered that a simple greeting is not a enough but how the greeting is exchanged. What do I mean? Putting my own personal drama aside, I wear a constant smiling face which is very genuine, and I make it their choice first before stating my opinion and suggestions.
Is all about first impression, that will leave a lasting effect on your customer, friends and family. So far, I haven’t attended to a customer who feels my attitude is bad and I sometimes get appreciated.
