1. This month I will achieve all that I set out to achieve. If I fall short, I will not be decouraged and I will still be closer to my goals at the start of september than I was in August. 

2. I will count my blessings everyday.

3. I will choose to cach myself when I am having bad thoughts and I will take the time to practice thoughts of goodwill.

4. I will remind myself everyday that I am a blessing from the higher powers that be.

5. I will thank the higher powers everyday for meeting my needs and desires.

6. I will continue on the path that feels right to me.

7. I will be the best me that I can be.
