  1. I am really impressed with this workbook. It contains wonderful information with well research material. The author has really put remarkable effort in it. I’m going to take that 30 challenge and recommend everyone to do the same. Good effort….

  2. Going to try 30 day challenge…I think that the precise although simple will actually work. There are so many small things in life we tend to overlook. By actually recognizing these things everyday you should increase the number of reasons to be happy.

  3. A thought-provoking book that makes you reflect on your life and wonder whether you are right on track towards the road to happiness. I like the loads of research done in this e-book and the flow of writing is really nice. Everyone has become so caught up with life and its stresses that perhaps we have all forgotten how important to be grateful for the little things we have. These days, people have grown in expectations and are often heard uttering complaints rather than appreciating the modern growth of society and the changes in urban infrastructure which have allowed us to live in better comfort while some other people still struggle to maintain their rice bowls or have to fight the ailments ravaging their bodies. Thank you for enlightening us in this modern age and time.

  4. I found myself being pulled into this workbook and will apply several of the lessons learned in it, above all the author list every possible angle that covers happiness from science, to one’s personal relationship and gives simple means with which to improves your daily life, from listening to your favourite song, to rewarding yourself whenever you do something right.

  5. I am not through with the 30 days yet but it is already changing my whole perspective on things. The world looks quite a bit rosier when you focus on life as a glass half full, or fully full, rather than half empty kind of mentality. What would the world be like if we all approached life with a more positive outlook?

  6. I have been looking for a way to motivate myself and this book gave me the answer. So when I saw this book I was amazed that it offered just what I need. I love that this book is a process book because I am ready to do the work. The normal (bad habits) for so long have controlled my life that I knew I had to do something different. And I refuse to live in insanity doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results–so that why I applaud this book for daring to make a difference and challenging me to live up to my full potential. Great Read.

  7. I like it. This will teach me on how to have Gratitude in life.

  9. It’s simple, it’s basic psychology, philosophy, and spirituality. Short sweet and to the point reminder that simple habits often make happy people.
