    the irony of being angry is that the more we suppress it the more we become angry. As kids we are taught that anger is not good and should be controlled and so we learn to suppress it. But no-one is teaching kids how to deal with anger. And actually it’s very simple – if we let someone (or ourselves) to be angry just for a few minutes the loading of this emotion will diminish by itself.
