How can affirmations change my life?
One of the habits that have helped me grow and totally worked every time for me is positive affirmations.

The quality of our thoughts determines the quality of our lives, therefore it’s imperative that we control what we think! Whatever we intently focus on becomes our reality.

Neurons connect in your brain by attaching to thoughts and memories. Thoughts then become organized into a “pattern” or “neuro-net”.
Affirmations interrupt your maladaptive neuro-nets.
